Umakant Agrawal

After Leaving S R Batliboi & Co In 1982 he started his career as C&F Agent of Birla Jute (now Birla Corp.) for Bihar and Transportation Agent for South Bihar. For better progress he left Bihar for Mumbai in 1983. Looking at his Performance he was given agency for Birla Jute (Cement Business) for Mumbai which he used to work under the name of “Star Enterprises” till 1986 when Birla Jute stopped bringing material to Mumbai due to logistic costs. In 1984 he also started supply of Carbon Brushes (La Carbon Lawrence, France), Railway Carriage Fans (Kailash and Shah), Spares for Break System, Air Compressor and Vacuum Exhauster, Winding Wires (Copper) and other items to Central/Western Railways and Metropolitan Transport Projects. In 1985 he founded Sunrise Enterprises and got associated with Aditya Birla group cement business as Exclusive Sales Promoter & Stockiest for Indian Rayon (RAJASHREE CEMENT) and Grasim Industries (VIKRAM CEMENT) for Maharashtra, specialised in cement supplies to Government of Maharashtra.
Mr Umakant Agrawal has over 35 years experience in Cement Industry.

Amit Agrawal

After graduating from R A Podar College, Matunga (BCom) and LLB (Gen.) from Government Law College, Churchgate joined Deloitte Haskins and Sells for training and thereafter he joined Sunrise Enterprises (2011) to handle South India Cement, Ready-Mix Concrete Business along with Installation, Commissioning and Operation of Mines, Crusher (Unit 1) and Transportation at Hosur, Tamil Nadu. In April 2014 he established Group's Bangalore Office and in August 2015 he started operation at Chennai Mines and Crusher.

Ankit Agrawal

After graduating from R A Podar College, Matunga (BCom) in 2011 along with three years training from Deloitte Haskins and Sells got admission into Management course at Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM). After Post Graduation, he joined Group's Aggregate business at Hosur, Tamil nadu and was incharge of Installation and Commissioning of Hosur Crusher (Unit 2). On Completing Hosur assignment, He returned to Mumbai and started looking after Cement, Ready-Mix Concrete Business of Sunrise Enterprises and also diversified the Group's Business into "Ground Granulated Blast-Furnace Slag" (GGBS or GGBFS) product and Renewable Energy sector.
